2. Shipping methods:
When completing your order you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs. For Greece, you can choose to have them delivered by courier or to pick them up from our store. For the rest of the world, we ship via courier.
Most products are shipped the next business day upon receipt of the order by courier (Geniki taxydromiki). In case you are absent and the courier passes by, he will leave you a note stating your parcel number and the phone number you should call to make an appointment.
Also, when you place your order, an email will be automatically returned showing what you ordered. You do not need to do anything else. Your order has taken its course and you can see the processing stages in the order development. If there is a problem we will contact you.
