If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept the return / exchange of an unused product within 14 working days of purchase.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement when:

In these cases, our company bears the cost of transporting and shipping the replaced product.
In case it does not suit you, you can change it (with its complete packaging). In this case you are charged with the shipping costs.
In any case the return and replacement should be done as follows:
a) contact the Online Store on the same or the next working day
b) the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (eg, Retail receipt Etc.)
Please note that no refunds are made for the following:
- All items purchased from DISCOUNTS
- All items purchased with a discount promotional code
- All items that have been damaged after delivery.
